No matter where you go on this Earth, you are bound to find some strange laws made by governing bodies. Legislatures everywhere pass hundreds of laws and ordinances to keep a sense of order to society. Without laws, we would live in an anarchic, mayhem-ridden world. NBA All-Star Weekend is one of our favorite weekends of the year. This year, the Kia NBA All-Star Weekend will feature the first matchup between two captains (LeBron James and Steph Curry) instead of the traditional East versus West matchup. The game and all of the events take place just down the road in Los Angeles, but fortunately, they’ll all be broadcast over the weekend.. The NBA season opens in just a few days, and we at Concord Kia are excited for another year of Golden State Warriors basketball. The Warriors welcome back Steph Curry, Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, Andre Iguodala, and welcome in Omri Casspi and Nick Young to the roster. Kia is known for some pretty memorable commercials. The Kia Soul, itself, is responsible for a handful of commercial adventures featuring the iconic hamster. These commercials have also historically featured some of the biggest music hits of the year, including “Party Rock Anthem” by LMFAO in 2011, “Gangnam Style” by Psy in 2012, and “Animals” by Maroon 5 in 2014. The new turbocharged 2017 Kia Soul commercial features another great party anthem, but this one has a little bit more of an edge than previous commercials. Perhaps it’s because of the power of the new turbocharged 1.6-liter engine in the 2017 Kia Soul Exclaim (!).
