My experience with the Concord Kia Team was "above and beyond excellent!" Please read my review on the why. It must first be said, the main reason I wanted to give Concord Kia a glowing review is that this collective group of individuals made my car shopping experience comfortable during each one of my visits. Quite plainly, they were honest and upfront about all of the aspects of the 2022 Kia Niro Plug-in that I was looking at and made me feel super comfortable at each step.
Now I had never even looked at a car in this price range before, so it didn't start with price. In fact, after my first test drive, I was not sold because I didn't think it was the exact fit for me and my family. That's where my salesperson, Eva, straight shined! In a non-aggressive way she pursued what I said I had wanted in a car, getting Manager approval on a couple of exceptions. It means she was listening! And it paid off. She continued to meet me where I wanted to go and after my second test drive, she had sold me the vehicle. What impressed me the most about Eva was her ability to have a free-flowing conversation and it genuinely turned into a personal touch, which is why I was so comfortable in purchasing this car. The same 5-star review goes for Brenna, the Concord Kia Finance Manager. Everything she shared with me was with no pressure applied and it made me feel that I was making the right financial decisions. Thank you too, Brenna!
Lastly Chris, who closed out my experience with just first class availability and again was just honest and genuine, making signing on the dotted line a no brainer. Chris, I will remember this level of service for when my family's next car is needed.
As for the car itself, I couldn't be happier! Just in my first few hundred miles but the Niro runs great, is super clean, it has super efficient gas mileage considering I've been able to charge it daily and it's just a complete upgrade from what I had before. I've been telling people, my shoulders sit up when I'm driving in this vehicle and I take so much more pride about the cabin. It's truly the complete package and I got it at an affordable price. I once more want to say THANK YOU to the Concord Kia team for helping me with this "new" car!

Today was the absolute best experience I have ever had in a dealership hands down. I went into Concord Kia with my mother so she could test drive some cars. We were met by Eva, who made the test drive absolutely divine. My mom had just had an uncomfortable experience at another dealership and was hesitant to continue test driving cars. Great experience, unmatched service. Eva was nice and helpful. She explained and walked us through new cars available, trim levels, perks of every car that we were interested in. Chris, the manager, gave us a great council on financing.
Even thou the was a storm that day and troubles with Internet Service Provider, they went beyond the call of duty to help us purchasing of the car.
Most pleased with experience. Me and my wife are now happy owners of a new Kia Forte 2023.

Asked about buying an EV6 and the internet sales manager was upfront and honest. 3-4 month wait plus a markup. I won't be purchasing a car from them but I respect that they were upfront and honest. Would be a sale if it wasn't for the shortage.
