The 2018 Kia Sportage is offered in three trim levels: LX, EX and SX Turbo. Each trim level features a unique set of standard and available safety features.
All trim levels of the 2018 Kia Sportage include advanced airbags, front seat-mounted side airbags and full-length airbags; LATCH seating mounts; tire pressure monitoring; rear-camera display; impact-sensing auto door unlock and more. All trim levels are also available with the optional Dynamax™ full-time all-wheel-drive system.
Most of the high-tech advanced safety features available on Sportage models can be found as standard equipment on EX and SX Turbo models, including Lane Change Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Traffic Alert. SX Turbo models also feature Autonomous Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Front and Rear Parking Assist and Lane Departure Warning as standard equipment, as well. These features are optional in EX models.
