I can't recommend this dealership any more. Today they completely changed my feelings about dealerships. From the salesman Jason to his boss Johnny Rocket to the finance person Rosetta. I contacted Concord Kia through their website chat feature, and got connected with the sales manager, Anthony. He was super responsive, and found a vehicle that matched my request right away. I was handed over to Erica, and she took great care to help answer all my questions. Once we agreed upon the specifics of the lease pricing, I scheduled a time to come into the dealership. I recently leased a Kia Soul EV from this dealership and have to say that I had a very good experience. Thanks in great part to my sale representative, Sam Liubicich. She was very knowledgeable and low pressure. She made me feel totally comfortable throughout the process. I just bought a used car from John McBride, who is awesome. Everyone at this dealership was nice and professional, devoid of all the typical high pressure sales tactics. I felt treated like a VIP client; John always had time for me and was excellent with following up. This review is mainly for the service manager/representative Megan McCabe(I think that's how it's spelt). She is amazing. Very sweet and honest women. Helped me with everything I needed and answered all my questions and concerns I had about my car.
